The tale of two polls

In the words of Bruce Anderson at Decima, this is a "fair poll", regarding the yearly funding allotted the CBC via the Canadian taxpayer.

So why then, when compared to another poll, asking identical questions, on the exact same subject, do the results vary so dramatically ?

It's amazing how the average Canadians opinion will change when they are given all of the facts, hey Bruce?
